How do I report a technical problem?
If something is not working on Mostbet (website, app, casino games, deposits, etc.), you can report it directly to support so they fix it faster:
- Take a screenshot of the error or problem, if possible. Note the time and what you were doing (e.g. opening casino game, making deposit).
- Open support chat on the Mostbet website/app (usually in the bottom-right corner) or go to “Support / Help”.
- Describe the issue clearly:
- Your username or ID
- Device (Android, iOS, PC) and browser/app version
- Exact error message (if any)
- Attach your screenshot and send.
If live chat is busy, you can also email support (address shown in the “Contact” section). Tip: the more details you give, the quicker they can solve your technical problem.
